We have a very exciting announcement! Uccellino is moving to the Citizen building, next to our recently opened daytime caffe, Va! Uccellino will reopen in Citizen in early October with the new name OLIA (reserve at Olia here!). The Olia menu will feature many of our classics, along with new dishes and possibly a Pasta Tasting Menu! Uccellino as you know it may be closing, but the vision and concept will carry on and evolve in a new home!

 

We also have big plans for a new concept in the current Uccellino space, which is set to open in early 2025!

Our newest concept, Va!, is open every day from 7:30 am to 4 pm. We serve Italian sandwiches, Pizza al Taglio, salads, dessert, coffee, wine, and beer! Order online or in person!

 

Our Italian Aperitivo bar, Bar Henry, is located in the Ice District next to Henry Singer. Reservations are available for lunch and evening! We always keep space available for walkins! If you are unable to reserve, feel welcome to drop in — we will get you seated! Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 11 pm — Aperitivi from 3 pm to 5 pm! Uccellino remains open for in-house dining and take out every day from 5 pm. Reservations can be made online and are accepted until 9:30 pm. Our tasting menu is available until 8:30 pm. Order Uccellino to Go online.

 

We have made the difficult decision not to reopen Corso32. We are very grateful to Edmonton and our guests for the tremendous support over the years and we are proud of what the Corso32 team accomplished during our decade of service. We have a number of new projects underway and are very excited about our upcoming endeavours.
