The Corso 32 Group consists of three establishments, situated side by side by side in the heart of downtown Edmonton: Corso 32, Bar Bricco, and Uccellino. Each place serves a local interpretation of authentic Italian cuisine in a modern setting. Our wine lists are exclusively Italian and our wines are selected to complement our food. Chef & Owner
Daniel, whose family is from Southern Campania, is continually expanding his knowledge of the history, culture, and regional cuisines of Italy. He has studied Italian cooking his entire life and he is dedicated to preserving the traditions of Italian cuisine. As a creative chef, he believes that the best way to preserve the traditions of Italy is by interacting with and interpreting these traditions. For Daniel, the regional cuisines are alive and continuing to evolve.
Wine Director & Owner
Allen is passionate about chef-driven, wine-focussed restaurants. He has an abiding love for Italian cuisine and wine, which have been his focus since the opening of Corso 32. He is always learning more about the daunting variety of Italian wines and spirits and, as wine director, is ever trying to find and list Italian varietals and blends that are expressive of the diversity of Italy.
